Thank you for supporting Chico Chip Co. We’re a small, Chico‑based business, and we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and delivered as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
 

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Because we’re a small operation, each order is packed with care — we appreciate your patience as we grow.
 

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier rates. We currently ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days for standard shipping

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or regional factors

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
 

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
 

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at [your email address] and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Please allow carriers up to 48 hours after a “Delivered” scan, as packages sometimes arrive shortly after the initial update.
 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are covered.
